Choose your stay, check the conditions that suit you, and fill out our form. Please verify with your employer if, and how much, you can avail the Cultural and Social Needs Fund.

Czech invoice and reservation

We will prepare a Czech invoice for your stay through Booking.com. Simply hand the invoice we prepare for you to your employer. At the same time, we will make a reservation in your name.

Reservation Confirmation

We will send you a booking voucher and an invoice via email. After the invoice is paid, we will cover the cost of the stay, and you can go on your vacation.

What is FKSP?
Did you know your employer can cover the cost of your stay on Booking com?

Are you a teacher, healthcare worker, or a public servant, and would like your employer to contribute towards a your stay on Booking com?
It’s easier than you think. Utilize the FKSP, which stands for the Cultural and Social Needs Fund likely set up by your employer, and let us issue you an invoice which your employer will reimburse.

The FKSP Fund is established by employers affiliated with the state or who are a subsidized organization. This includes institutions like elementary or maternal schools, ministries, hospitals, etc.

FAQ

When will the reservation be confirmed?
We will arrange the reservation for you immediately and send it to you together with the invoice or after payment of the invoice for non-refundable reservations.Orders will be processed chronologically according to the time of their receipt. Orders that meet all requirements will be processed within 24 hours. Orders are not processed on days off, national holidays and previously announced dates.
How will the reservation be paid for?
In most cases, we also send a confirmed stay reservation with the invoice. We do not require any advance payment to make a reservation (except non-refundable). As soon as the invoice is paid within a few hours, we will pay for your stay and send you a payment confirmation. The client's money does not lie in our accounts and your reservation is paid in the shortest possible time.
FKSP Voucher
With our voucher, we will secure stays from Booking com. The voucher is valid for one year from its purchase. The amount of the voucher will be deducted from the total price of the stay. We will send you the voucher by e-mail after payment of the invoice. The voucher is non-transferable and must be drawn by the employee named on the voucher. The voucher can only be redeemed in a non-monetary form, i.e. by ordering a holiday stay. To withdraw, fill out the Order on our website e-booking.cz/uplatnit-poukaz
