I didn't receive my tickets. What should I do?
If you didn't receive your tickets within 30 minutes, check for any email communications from us (e.g. payment failed, technical issue, last-minute unavailability) including your Spam/Junk folder. You should have also received an SMS with a link to easily access them via our app. If you still can't find them and the details you shared with us are correct, please contact our Customer Service team.
Where can I enter my promo code?
You can input your promo code right after selecting your tickets, and before moving on to the payment page. At the bottom of the checkout page, you will find the message: "Have a promo code? Add it now". Click on it and a box will appear where you can enter your promo code.
How do I request an invoice or statement?
You can easily access the proof of payment by clicking on 'View receipt' in your payment confirmation email. If this option is not sufficient for you, please reach out to our Support team by email or chat.
I booked the wrong tickets. How can I change my reservation?
Swapping your reservation for another for a different attraction, or upgrading your tickets to a skip-the-line or guided-tour entrance is only possible by cancelling and rebooking. Before starting this process, please check whether your current booking can be cancelled. You will find this information in your confirmation email.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
For each ticket offered on our website and app, you can always choose a free cancellation option. If you buy a ticket with free cancellation included, you will be able to cancel and get a refund up to 23:59 (11:59 PM) on the day before your visit, no questions asked. If the free cancellation option was not available to you, or if you did not select it, cancellations might or not be possible depending on the policy of our partner. Please reach out to our customer service to know about the options available to you.
Can I change my reservation to another date/time?
You can check whether changes are possible under "Amendment policy" on the page of each attraction. If it states that changes may be possible, please reach out to our customer service to know about the options available to you.
What does Fast track mean?
With "fast track", we designate tickets which allow to access the attraction via a dedicated desk or lane, which is clearly named or described in the instructions on your voucher. Generally, this helps saving time by avoiding the main ticket line. Please note that you might still have to exchange your voucher for official tickets at a designated location and, if it is a busy day, this might involve queuing up.
